Orders & Payment

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment instructions are issued after order placement and must be completed within 24 hours.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alluvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the products sold.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
